

















Hosting Services
Stuffing Parties must be booked with LSW at
least thirty (30) days prior to party date.
Non-refundable $25.00 hosting deposit is due
within seven (7) days of confirming your
reservation date. Balance is due upon arrival.
Party Supplies (bears, dolls, clothing etc.)
must be ordered online no less than 14 days
prior to event to ensure on-time delivery.
Failure to place your order on time may result
in cancellation of hosting services and loss of
deposit.
Payments
Deposit payments may be mailed by check or
paid online through “PAYPAL”. The balance
due on the booking must be paid no less than
one (1) week prior to the event date.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more
before event date will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days
prior to event date are subject to a $25.00
cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing (via
email) and confirmed by telephone.
If you need to change or cancel you booking
date/time, please telephone us (302) 893-3791.
Please state whether you would like us to
change/cancel your booking and request a
new event date/time. All changes must be
made no less than 7 days prior to the original
booking date.
Changes to booking dates are subject to
scheduling availability and will be assessed
an additional non-refundable service fee
equal to one-half (1/2) the original deposit
amount. Due immediately to confirm the new
date. (PayPal Only).
Face Paints
LSW uses only professional face paints, all
of which comply with FDA Cosmetic
Regulations and are easily removed with
soap and water or baby wipes. Our paints
are hypo-allergenic, fragrance and
lanolin-free, however, on rare occasions, as
with all cosmetics a mild reaction can still
occur. Face Painters are not liable for any
allergic reactions to the face paint.
Allergic Reactions/Illness
A patch test is recommended for any
children who have sensitive skin, usually on
the back of their hand at the beginning of
the party. Any subsequent reaction
occurring will result in that child not being
painted.
Any child who appears to be sick or
suffering from: cold sores, conjunctivitis,
eczema, cuts & broken skin, or any
infectious skin condition, e.g. Chickenpox,
will not be painted due to possible
contamination. (stickers may be substituted)
While reasonable care is taken to prevent
paints coming into contact with clothing and
furnishings, etc., LSW will not be
responsible for any damage to clothing or
property .
Arts & Craft Supplies
Due to the materials used, our craft parties
are intended for children age 5 and up. All
of our materials are non-toxic and conform
to ASTM safety standards. All tools shall be
used under the direct supervision of LSW
representatives. All paints are water based
and washable, however precautions should
be taken to prevent paints from coming in
contact with clothing and furniture as
staining may occur.
Spa Party Ingredients
All ingredients for masks, scrubs, etc. are
100% natural and of "food grade" whenever
possible. Recipes will be furnished upon
request. It is the client's responsibility to
advise LSW of any known food allergies
prior to the date of the event so that
precautions may be taken to avoid contact
with known allergens and /or alternative
ingredients used. LSW is not liable for any
allergic reactions.

Booking an Event
Once it has been determined that your requested event date is available, it will be reserved for seven (7) days. Your
booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit payment (25% of total cost). Deposits must be received within
seven (7) days of booking your event. Failure to pay the required deposit within seven (7) days may result in the loss
of your reservation. Booking deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to the
event date or if due to unforeseen circumstances it must be cancelled by LSW.
